Andrew Borden is a partner at the Clarence Office.
He attended the University of Notre Dame where he received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, summa cum laude in 2002. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2007.
He was admitted to practice in New York State in 2008 and the U.S. District Court Western District of New York in 2009.
Mr. Borden’s practice is focused on estate planning, wills and trusts; business counseling and corporate law; energy law; real estate transactions and land use issues.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association.
Mr. Borden lives in Akron where he also serves as the Village Attorney.
